From the first interview with these two, I knew I wanted to work with them! KJ, Neil, & Duke (giant lab and 100% good boy! -not pictured) were busting out of the seams in their 600 sq.ft. cute northside bungalow. We found them a sprawling mid-century ranch on the westside, got their offer accepted, staged the old place, hit the market and had 5 offers within days.
