Badger Brothers Moving

The first day of Spring is in 3 days, if you can believe it! Time to kick off the busy season. We brought all of our managers in to our Madison office for two whole days to talk about one thing only:

Operational Excellence.

Because you don't stumble into excellent service outcomes. It's engineered.

You design systems.

You build processes.

You train relentlessly.

That’s how you create predictable, repeatable, excellent outcomes.

The result? VERY happy customers, and an organization famous for quality and service!

We had a great time celebrating an epic year in 2025 at our Annual Party! 2025 was a year to remember - we moved nearly 13,000 families, introduced new technology, dramatically increased capacity in Madison and opened a 3rd Milwaukee location to help meet overwhelming demand, and promoted dozens of employees into leadership positions. Shoutout to and for being such great hosts! Moving is hard, but it's EASY when you're surrounded by GREAT people.

You can’t make an omelette without breaking a few eggs… but you CAN move without breaking your stuff. While the moving industry averages a 22% damage rate, Badger Brothers Moving came in under 2% last month. So we celebrated the right way—with a breakfast where the only thing getting scrambled was the eggs! 🥚🥓🥞

To kick off 2025, we had the pleasure of celebrating a BIG year in 2024 with our incredible team at our Annual Party! We opened a brand new location, hired and promoted amazing people into key positions, won the Best of Madison AND the Best of Milwaukee contests, and served more customers while achieving higher customer feedback scores than ever before. A heartfelt thanks to our customers and the entire team. We're equally excited for what 2025 has in store. Spring is right around the corner!
