It's hard to believe I've already been at Compass for two years. Honestly, when I look back, what stands out most isn't just the technology, although it's made my job so much easier and created an even better experience for my clients. It's the people.

I've had the chance to connect with some truly incredible agents, both here in Wisconsin and across the country. If I need to bounce around an idea, work through a unique situation, or ask for advice, there's always someone willing to help. What I love most is that it never feels competitive, it's simply a group of professionals who genuinely want to help each other do what's best for our clients.

One of the things I've come to appreciate even more is Compass's referral network. Whether I'm connecting a client, a friend, or a family member with an agent somewhere else, I know they're going to be in great hands. That kind of trust is invaluable.

These past two years have made me a better agent, and I'm incredibly thankful to be part of a community that believes collaboration makes all of us stronger. I can't wait to see what the next chapter brings.

I had the distinct privilege of witnessing a bald eagle take flight again after being injured and poisoned, and then cared for by the amazing team at The Dane County Humane Society.
