Cold Weather Is Coming!❄️☃️
As temperatures start to drop, a few simple steps can help keep your apartment comfortable and prevent cold-weather issues.
Here are a few things you can do to help get your home ready:

Keep your heat on🏠
Even if you're heading out for a few days, keep your thermostat set to a safe temperature to help prevent frozen pipes.

Keep doors & windows closed🪟🚪
Make sure windows are fully closed and locked when temperatures drop. This helps keep the warm air in and the cold air out.

Keep vents clear🌬️
Make sure furniture, rugs, curtains, and other items aren't blocking your heating vents or radiators.

Watch for leaks💦
Keep an eye out for dripping faucets, water around windows, or any signs of moisture. If you notice something unusual let the management/maintenance team know right away.

Check your windows
If you notice drafts, condensation or a window that isn't closing properly. please submit a maintenance request so we can take a look

Don't turn the heat completely off🌡️
If you're traveling during the winter, contact the office for any property-specific recommendations before you leave.

See something? Let us know!‼️
If you notice a maintenance issue, submitting a request early can help us address it before it becomes a bigger problem.

Stay warm, stay cozy, and let's get ready for winter!
