Spring in Madison is the busiest time to buy or sell

I moved here in 2015 after living overseas (Germany, Australia — yes, really) and when it was time to come back to Wisconsin, my best friend said come move in with me. I was a total free spirit who thought maybe five years, tops.

Eleven years later and I’m still here. Still obsessed. Still turning down any reason to leave without thinking twice.

Buy a house in Madison?

I want something more for you.

I want you to find a home where your kids make memories they’ll still talk about at 35.

Where your dog claims the sunny patch on the floor and makes it his daily ritual.

Where you can knock on a neighbor’s door to borrow some milk and it’s not weird.

And a place, that years from you, you can look back on and really think, that place was awesome.

A big congratulations to Eddie and Julia who closed on their first Wisconsin home yesterday in Mount Horeb 🏡✨

After moving to the area about two years ago, they’re so excited to jump back into homeownership — and especially excited to start gardening in their beautiful backyard this spring 🌱🌸

Oh… and they just got married last year too 🥂 What a season of new beginnings.

I’ve truly enjoyed getting to know you both and feel so honored to have been part of such a big, exciting chapter in your lives. Whoohoo!! 🎉
