Ok, everyone. I need a meeting of the minds on how to accomplish this...

I have a listing on the East side of Madison, and the Seller informed me that next door is an older lady who could not take care of her yard nor exterior, anymore.

I'm talking completely overgrown bushes, w**d trees against the house, full on trees growing out of her gutters, the whole shebang.

It's clear that cost is an issue for someone on a fixed income, so I'm asking for help from my masses of humans. Who do you know would do a one-time clean up (with me as your helper), and/or once in awhile maintenance? It's clear her family is not around to help, and it's heartbreaking.

As an example, SB Mowing is an account that I follow and they do free yard clean ups around their community. This is what I'm hoping to accomplish with this neighbor.
