Been eating, sleeping, breathing real estate😅. Finding the balance is very much a work in progress 🚧 ! I haven't learned yet in this career, how to not be totally wrapped up with work 24/7! Usually too distracted to even get on social media to remind people that I exist😅👋, which is actually a very important part of the job. Working on it, one day at a time! ❤️👍

Today was such a happy Realtor day for me! One of my favorite clients invited me to their first family party held at their beloved new home. These First Time Home Buyers had picked the most challenging time to shop the CT housing market, a few months ago. We slogged through the bidding wars... I dried a few tears... I swore to them that soon, they would see, we would find the home that was truly meant to be theirs! And then, they would be grateful that the other homes they had "thought" they wanted, never actually came to fruition! And truly, this day did arrive!🩷 When we first found Their Place, it did not look quite as it does today... but, they had the Vision! They knew their home when they saw it! I did manage to negotiate them a new septic system!😁👏👏👏... and once they moved in, they made all the little changes that turn a house into a home. After a few months of happiness, they now invited me to their first party as a guest of honor, to see how beautiful the home and yard now looks. The place is already worth many times more than the purchase price we paid just a few months ago... and the enjoyment of this new family home is priceless. So grateful to have been included in this celebration, my heart is definitely full❤️
