✨ Recently Closed! ✨

Out with the old and in with the new! 🏡

I’m so excited for my clients who came to me interested in a property—but with one challenge: they still had a home to sell. We ended up writing a sight-unseen offer (the home wasn’t even available for showings yet) and got them under contract before listing their own home.

From there, we lined up both closings perfectly so they didn’t have to worry about carrying two mortgages.🙌 Everything came together smoothly, and I couldn’t be happier for them as they start this next chapter.
