😂 I think this is a pretty funny (and very accurate!) visual representation of how real estate transactions can sometimes go when buyers and sellers try to navigate the process without an agent!

Buyers and sellers don’t always see eye to eye, and what seems like a great deal from one side can look very different from the other!

And here’s an interesting statistic for sellers: According to the National Association of REALTORS® 2025 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers, agent-assisted homes sold for a median of $425,000 compared to $360,000 for For Sale By Owner homes. That’s a $65,000 difference!

Real estate is one of those situations where experience, marketing, pricing and negotiation really matter.
