This one is a little more personal. ❤️

This Footville home belonged to my brother, and selling it was about more than simply getting a house SOLD.

The sale allows him to pay off his second home and take the next step toward purchasing an investment property in Platteville, where his daughter attends college. She’ll have a place to call home while she’s there, a few roommates to share it with, and Dad gets to make an investment that makes sense for their family’s future. 🏡

And there’s another pretty cool piece to this story—the home passed from one veteran to another.

From prep → to market → to SOLD, I’m grateful I got to help my brother put all the pieces together and move on to what’s next.

Who would’ve thought stopping by a broker preview on Thursday would turn into an accepted offer for one of my clients just a few days later?! 🏡

Ben is a long-time client and friend who has been thinking about making a move into Wisconsin investment real estate. When I learned the current owners were successfully using this property as an Airbnb, I immediately thought…this could make a lot of sense for Ben.

So I sent him the listing.

One conversation led to another…and now we’re officially UNDER CONTRACT! 🎉
