The properties we toured this morning looked great, so it’s time to underwrite another investment deal! 🏘️💵
Ever wonder how people buy giant apartment buildings? We syndicate them!
Syndication is an investment strategy for buying assets you normally couldn’t afford on your own. We raise money from family and friends and then use our team’s skills to properly underwrite (making sure the math works), negotiate, fund and then operate the asset with our own in-house management team.
Buying a rental house or duplex is great, but it can be really tough to make the numbers work today. Instead, you can join forces with us to buy a piece of a larger property that has economy’s of scale.
You get all the benefits of real estate investing but never have to take that call about a leaky 🚽, or the loud neighbor 📢!

Had a busy real estate day! Did a walk thru on an investment property this morning, advertised a retail space vacancy in Fort Atkinson, showed five homes to buyer clients (well, 4 actually, as at the first home we were greeted at the door by a large pit bull and decided not find out how friendly he may or may not be), and took part in a business operations Zoom call with my investment group. Now it’s time to read the kids stories and send them off to bed! Who can name the apparatus in the picture?
