- homes in the $200K-$400K price range have sold for 4.6% over list price.
- homes in the $400K-$600K price range have sold for 2.2% over list price.
- homes in the $600K-$1 million price range have sold for 2.1% over list price
- homes listed over $1 million have sold for 2.6% UNDER list price

* 48.4% of all sold properties in Dane County with accepted offers since March 1st have had competing offers.
