SCWMLS IS MODERNIZING THE WAY MLS DATA IS PROTECTED.

South Central Wisconsin MLS (SCWMLS) is partnering with SourceRE to take a more modern approach to how MLS data is licensed, distributed, and protected.

As the first MLS in Wisconsin to adopt SourceRE’s infrastructure, SCWMLS will gain:

🔹 More control over who receives and uses its data
🔹 Simplified vendor management for licensing and billing
🔹 Streamlined access for approved data vendors
🔹 RESO-certified API access
🔹 Data Dye™ forensic tracking to help identify how data is being used and protect it from misuse

The Wisconsin Department of Revenue is warning homeowners about an AI-generated video promoting a nonexistent federal property tax relief program for seniors. REALTORS® who encounter questions about the purported program can let clients know that it is a scam and direct them to the Department of Revenue press release for more information.
