Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin RASCW is a trade association comprised of South Central Wisconsin REALTORS® and Affiliate members.

The Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin (RASCW) is an active trade association comprised of Realtors and affiliate members who have provided real estate services to home buyers and sellers in south central Wisconsin for more than 85 years. RASCW is the "Voice of Real Estate in South Central Wisconsin" with members conducting business from more than 700 offices in 8 counties throughout

south central Wisconsin. The primary purpose of RASCW is to serve its members by providing programs and benefits that assist them to successfully conduct their business with a vision of the future, and with the highest degree of professionalism and cooperation. In addition, RASCW and its members work to protect the private property rights of citizens throughout south central Wisconsin. RASCW Members stay abreast of industry developments through participation on Association committees, regularly attending continuing education coursework and seminars, maintaining a strong political voice through the Realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC), and assisting in community projects. RASCW Members also enjoy affiliation with the Wisconsin Realtors Association and the National Association of Realtors - the largest trade association in the United States.

We join our community in mourning the unexpected passing of Michael Johnson, whose leadership and dedication changed countless lives across Dane County.

Michael was more than a community leader — he was a connector, advocate, and partner who believed deeply in creating opportunities for young people and strengthening our community through collaboration. We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with him and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Dane County and for the impact his work had on so many.

Our thoughts are with his family, friends, colleagues, and all who knew and loved him. His legacy will live on through the many lives he touched.
