Ending the week with a Closing! 🎉🔑🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

My buyer from out of town closed on this condo today located at the Summit of Athens. If you went to school at UGA or are from around Athens then you might know about this great spot. It’s a great choice if you are a student to the area and wanting to stay close to the University.
