Please allow your water to drip tonight and leave your cabinets open under your sinks
so your pipes dont freeze

Due to expected Freezing temperatures expected this weekend, please make sure to open your cabinets under your sinks and turn your heat to 70 degrees and let your water run a little over night so we don't have freezing pipes. Please let us know if you have any concerns or questions. Thanks.

we have an emergency water shut off going on right now due to a main line leak, we will get it turned back on asap.

Looking for feedback on the laundry facility. What would it take to get you to use the facility. What improvements would you like to see. The owner is interested in addressing residents request regarding the laundry and any other needs or wants at Forest Park for consideration.
