A huge thank you to Keller, Inc. for their partnership on this exciting loading dock expansion project! 👷‍♂️

Oakbrook Corporation is proud to work alongside Keller, Inc. and Thermo Fisher Scientific to create a more efficient and functional space that supports continued growth.

We're excited to see this project come to life! Construction begins this summer with completion anticipated this Fall. 🤩

Keller is proud to partner with Thermo Fisher Scientific and Oakbrook Corporation on a loading dock expansion designed to enhance efficiency and support a growing business unit.

The project features two new loading docks, an improved turning radius, and redesigned traffic flow to better accommodate semi truck deliveries. 🚛

Through a collaborative design build partnership, selective demolition inside the existing dock footprint will create a more functional and productive space for Thermo Fisher’s operations.

Construction begins this summer, with completion anticipated Fall 2026! 👷‍♂️

🚨GROUND-BREAKING NEWS!🚨

We are excited to celebrate a major milestone as construction officially begins on Oak Ridge Fitchburg.

Located on Nesbitt Road in Fitchburg, Oak Ridge Fitchburg will bring 80 thoughtfully designed apartment homes to the community, including 48 one-bedroom and 32 two-bedroom residences. The development is expected to welcome its first residents in Summer 2027.

Oak Ridge Fitchburg represents another important step in expanding affordable housing options throughout Dane County while creating a welcoming environment where seniors can thrive. We look forward to sharing construction updates as the project progresses and welcoming future residents to the Oak Ridge community.

At Oakbrook, we believe hard work deserves to be celebrated.

Last week, our team took a break from the day-to-day to connect, unwind, and celebrate another successful year together at Summerfest! From great conversations to incredible live music, it was a fantastic opportunity to spend time with colleagues outside the office.
