Congratulations to my lucky client Keith Post for closing on his dream home! It was probably one of the most complicated closings of my entire career, but he persevered and we got it done.

In Norwegian, koselig (cush-lee) is the word for a cozy graciousness that makes you feel content and even joyful. There's no word in English for it, but in Denmark, it's called hygge. For me, lighting candles, fresh coffee in the morning and a lovely red wine at night, a tidy home and clean sheets is a good start, especially in fall and winter. What is koselig to you?

I'm so excited about my latest remodel project on the books! I'll be posting photos with the owner's permission of the "shouse" (shed/house) we are turning into a fantastic contemporary country home. It's fall -- time for yard cleanup. Most communities will pick up yard waste every so often in spring and autumn if the brush is stacked neatly curbside and if other waste is in garbage bags. MADISON (WKOW) – Dane County Sheriff’s deputies responded to two home invasions overnight, and they are urging residents to lock their homes and cars. The
