His strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond make him a valued member of the Madison Landing team. Ted is driven by a long-term goal of becoming a Regional Maintenance Supervisor, and he consistently works toward that goal through professionalism, teamwork, and hands-on expertise.

Outside of work, Ted enjoys spending quality time with his grandkids, which fuels the joyful and energetic spirit he brings with him each day.

Liz has been part of the property management industry for six years and brings a compassionate, people-first approach to her role as Assistant Manager at Madison Landing, a position she has held for the past year and a half. Known as a kind soul, Liz is always willing to step in and help wherever she’s needed, leading with empathy, patience, and care.

Her dedication to both residents and her team is rooted in genuine compassion and a strong sense of service, making her a trusted and supportive presence within the community. Liz takes pride in creating meaningful connections and ensuring residents feel truly at home.

Outside of work, Liz enjoys discovering new restaurants, traveling to new places, and indulging her love for food. In her downtime, she’s also a devoted fan of Gilmore Girls.

She believes in leading with compassion and strives to ensure that everyone she encounters feels welcomed, supported, and cared for. Her commitment to both residents and her team plays a key role in the community’s success.

Outside of work, Alexis enjoys spending quality time with her daughter and has a deep love for dogs. When it comes to food, she’s a fan of all things Asian cuisine.
