A historic landmark, reimagined.

Dan River Falls is nearing completion, with just a few commercial spaces and final site work still underway. This transformation wouldn't have been possible without the support and collaboration of the Danville community Danville, VA - Government, and we're grateful for the partnership every step of the way.

We're proud of what's been accomplished here and excited to see the continued impact this community will have for years to come.

Vets Place Central was created in partnership with the Center for Veterans Issues, bringing 81 units of supporting housing to Milwaukee's veteran community.

Affordable Housing Finance recently highlighted the story behind this collaboration and the impact it will have for those who served.

Veterans homelessness reached a record low in 2024, decreasing by 7.5% from the prior year. | Find newly completed communities—from Hawaii to Wisconsin—that are providing permanent homes and vital support services for those who have served.

We work to honor veterans through preservation, partnership, and purpose.

This video marks the completion of the first phase of the Milwaukee Soldiers Home rehabilitation, when six historic buildings were restored and reopened in 2021 to provide housing and supportive services for veterans.

Today, we continue that commitment by actively working to return three more historic buildings on campus to the service of those who served.

Honoring veterans not just today, but through the work we do every day.

Once the powerhouse of the Lorton Reformatory, this 1927 structure has been transformed into 10 one-of-a-kind apartments that celebrate industrial character and contemporary design.

Soaring ceilings, original steel beams, and massive arched windows now frame modern kitchens and open living spaces - a testament to what's possible when history meets innovation.

Part of the larger Liberty Crest Apartments community in Lorton, Virginia, the Power Plant marks another milestone in the site's remarkable evolution.

We loved seeing the Mitchell Park Domes featured in this month’s 11 Most Endangered updates from the National Trust for Historic Preservation.

The Domes are a beloved Milwaukee landmark, and we’re proud to be working alongside so many dedicated partners to ensure their preservation and future vibrancy, with efforts led by Milwaukee Domes Alliance.
