Hawthorne Experiences Pool Party definitely kept us on our toes! 🌧️⛈️

What started as a storm that destroyed our balloon arches and scattered our decorations quickly turned into a reminder of what makes this community so special. Our amazing residents jumped in to help salvage what they could, putting everything back together with smiles and teamwork. ❤️

Once the skies cleared, the fun officially began! From 🍉 watermelon races to 🌊 swim contests (including seeing who could hold their breath the longest!), there was laughter, friendly competition, and memories made all evening long.

A huge THANK YOU to AT&T Fiber for saving the day by showing up right after the storm passed with awesome prizes, extra games, and incredible support. We truly appreciate you helping make the evening such a success!

Sometimes the best events aren’t the ones that go perfectly—they’re the ones where everyone comes together to make the best of an unexpected situation. Thank you to everyone who came out and made it a night to remember!

Important Update! Due to the forecast for severe weather moving into the area this weekend, we have made the decision to move our Sunset Pool Party from Friday, July 10, to TODAY, Thursday, July 9, from 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM.
We know this is a last-minute change, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding. Our goal is to make sure everyone can enjoy the event safely without worrying about the weather.

We hope you'll still be able to join us for an evening of:
• 🍕 Pizza
• 🎲 Games
• 🎵 Music
• 🌅 Fun in the sunset with your neighbors!

We can't wait to see all of your smiling faces this evening for a great time together!
See you at the pool!

Home isn't just where you live—it's where life happens. ❤️

It's morning coffee on the patio, evenings spent with neighbors, laughter echoing through the halls, and coming home to a place that feels uniquely yours.

At Palladian at Promenade, we're proud to be more than an apartment community. We're a place where memories are made, friendships are formed, and every day feels a little more like home.

Because at the end of the day, there's nothing better than walking through your front door and knowing you're exactly where you belong. 🏡✨
