Found the sweetest sellers an amazing buyer for this condo without even putting it on the market! - We didn’t want a million people going thru the condo, but still wanted the best price. - Through the power of my connections and negotiation strength, we procured a buyer with incredible terms, a win-win for everyone involved. - So happy for my sellers!
