We got a call from a previous client this morning who is looking to purchase a home in their new town. In less than 45 minutes we had screened and connected our buyer to an excellent real estate agent and a reputable lender in their area.

Since beginning real estate in 2016, my clients have helped me to obtain one of my dreams, to create a nonprofit organization, Chronically Strong, dedicated to promoting mental health awareness and su***de prevention in our local communities. In order to properly get this nonprofit situated, I have transitioned into serving as a referral network agent.

Have you ever had your head down just going about work, life, and everything in between to only look up one day and realize something happened you didn't realize had happened?

That is how I felt when I realized that I won an award from Coldwell Banker for helping people just like you achieve their home buying or selling needs.

Without amazing friends, colleagues, and clients, I would have never become a member of the International Sterling Society.

Real estate has taught me so much about myself, about people and about what is truly important. In many ways, being able to help others buy and sell real estate has changed the very fabric of my life. It helped me heal through the loss of my daughter. It helped me to grow a nonprofit (Chronically Strong) in her honor, and it helped me realize who I am meant to be.

With news like this it may seem tough to be hopeful, but now is actually a pretty good time for sellers to sell and buyers to buy. The most important consideration in whether to sell or buy is whether or not that move will improve the quality of your life.

“The cooldown in the market is accelerating. During the week ending October 23, closed sales in the Bright footprint were down 30.9% from a year ago. The number of new purchase contracts was 36.2% lower than last year at this time and fell 4.3% compared to a week ago. Home sales activity tends to slow during the fall; however, this year the slowdown has been steeper than typical as rising mortgage rates keep buyers out of the market.”

What a way to start the weekend! Congrats to A & G for going under contract on "the house with a corner pool."

This certainly lived up to the expectations of "hidden gem" just inside the Harrisburg City line. With a front courtyard and back lounge area, this light-filled and renovated home has lots of character and more space than one might think.
