Carrie Weaver is a veteran Realtor, practicing full-time since 1997. She began her real estate career with HIll Hanssen Pfundheller in Stoughton. Upon a move to Madison in 2001 she joined Coldwell Banker Success where she earned many sales awards including Coldwell Banker's Diamond and Sterling Society Awards, Chairman's Club Award, and the 100% Customer Satisfaction Award. Carrie is currently a R
ealtor with Coldwell Banker specializing in condos, relocation, homes in established, pedestrian-friendly Madison neighborhoods, new construction, and second homes. Her knowledge, experience, tenacity and negotiation skills are delivered in a warm/high energy style that everyone remembers. Prior to her real estate career Carrie was a successful designer with Rubin's Furniture Downtown. It is here she honed her skills of negotiation/mediation tactics and determining a client's needs. This experience also enables her to stage a home for her clients, neutralizing its decor and making its highlights pop, so as prospective buyers are viewing it in the best possible light and find the value in offering the highest price. Carrie has been elected by her peers as 2016 President of Wisconsin Women's Council of Realtors and 2013 President of Women's Council of Realtors/Madison. I plan to seek out organizations and community leaders as sources of leadership development for our members. I hope my example will empower others in the industry to exercise their potential as entrepreneurs and marketplace innovators." The value of this group as an independent consultant is immeasurable....from being my peer support group to Cheerleaders and business consultants. It has been the best career investment I've made. In addition, Carrie currently serves on the Wisconsin Realtors Association RE School board, and on the WRA Convention Committee. Carrie also founded the Continental Connections Networking Group in 2009, co-chaired the Realtor's Blitz Event through the Realtor's Association of South Central Wisconsin, was on the board of Fitchburg Days Festival 2006-2009 and is currently a community volunteer for many other organizations.
