‼️"Wisconsin home sales fall for the third straight month"‼️😳

Don't let the headlines scare you, there may be (small) dip in sales statewide, however this is what is happening in OUR local Dane County market:

Month over month:
March sales totaled 463, April sales totaled 561, May sales totaled 706.

Year over year:
March sales were down 1.8% from last year, April sales down 1.1% from last year, May sales up 4.9% from last year! And if you want to get cute, total sales from the last three months combined are up 1.1% from those same months last year...

If anything, a dip in sales means a more balanced market, which would be favorable to buyers. So either way, it's a win/win!
They can take their clickbait headlines and shove them... 😄
