Its been a busy fall, but as we are anticipating a rate cut in December as a result it will likely busy January and February, with most people feeling more confident about the decline in mortgage rates. Mortgage rates dipped to 6.23% as markets expect a December Fed cut. Lower rates, rising sales, and improving buyer conditions could bring real housing momentum into 2026.
