We’re excited to share the edible rooftop garden journey at .

When it came time to replant the rooftop, our Hotel Genevieve team saw an opportunity to create something thoughtful: an edible garden filled with ingredients, flowers, and seasonal touches that could make their way into our cocktails, culinary offerings, and even fresh bouquets for guests.

While Hotel Genevieve was built from the ground up, sustainability was always part of the conversation. This garden is one more way we’re bringing that vision to life — growing with intention, one sprout at a time.

A few things currently thriving upstairs: purple kale, jalapeños, dill, mint, and plenty more to come. 🌿

Last fall, we were setting up at , sharing the first glimpse of what would become and —a quiet moment of excitement in the middle of something still taking shape.

Now, just a month away, we’re getting ready to open the doors of Hill Hall Hotel to the very town where it all began.

What makes it even more meaningful is knowing that this fall, Bridge Day won’t just be something we’re watching from the sidelines—we’ll be welcoming people in, hosting them, and hopefully becoming part of how they experience it all. A place to land after the chaos, the celebration, and everything in between.

It’s hard to put into words how full-circle this feels—but we’re grateful for every step that led here, and even more excited for everything still to come.
