We're constantly hearing stories about the demise of real estate due to higher mortgage interest rates. In some parts of the country, there is evidence of higher inventory. However, NOT here in New Jersey! The number of homes for sale is up only very slightly from a year ago and remains insufficient to match current demand. It's still a great time to sell a home!
