The lake market is showing much improved numbers vs. the 2nd quarter of last year. The prices are up - but a little deeper dive into the sales data shows the trend of 1MM dollar and above homes on Lake Sinclair gaining momentum, with twice as many of those higher sales in Q2 of 2026 as Q2 of 2025. That's a great thing for the market overall but can also influence sellers to over price things because they're not making apples to apples comparisons. Still, the Days on Market decreasing and the number of sales increasing are excellent signs for the Lake Sinclair market.
