2:00 PM | Event Begins
Guests arrive, meet the management team, grab event information, and enjoy food truck service.

2:45 PM | Welcome & Ribbon Cutting
Short remarks from property management followed by our official ribbon cutting near the main entrance/photo area. Photos to follow!

2:45 – 4:30 PM | Tours, Leasing Conversations & Food Truck
Guided tours will run continuously. Guests can view common areas, amenities, available units, and ask questions about pricing, availability, applications, and more.

✨ Grand Opening Special: Application fees will be waived for this day only!

4:30 – 4:50 PM | Final Tours & Last Call for Applications
Final tour opportunities and a reminder for interested guests to take advantage of the waived application fee.
