There is something deeply bittersweet about saying goodbye to a space that has been more than just a place of business—it has been the backdrop of a family’s life, a legacy, and a community pillar.

48 State Street is far more than a structure of wood and glass. Its walls hold the history of an insurance business built on trust and personal connection. It represents the decades Andy spent nurturing the foundation laid by his father-in-law, ultimately stepping in to carry that torch forward and make it his own. Beyond the office doors, it was a home for family milestones, early mornings, and the quiet comfort that only a place built by multiple generations can provide.

Last week, we officially passed the keys to a new owner who is ready to write her own story within these walls.

While this marks the end of an era for my wonderful sellers, I am so incredibly honored to have been the one to guide them through this transition. Selling a building like this isn't just a transaction; it is an act of stewardship.
