Ok impending weather coming..water lines hot freeze first drip hot and cold..open cabinet doors near water lines for heat.. check outside makes sure all vents closed.. covered if needed..water hose unhook check filters and batteries now..we may not be able to get to you...if you have any known issues report

New roofs have been installed on all units, and gutter work has been partially completed. The installation of new stairs is underway. Our community is undergoing transformation, and despite having a long way to go, we are achieving notable progress.

1. MAKE SURE FILTER CLEAN
2. CHECK OUTSIDE UNIT..MAKE SURE ITS CLEAN (FREE OF GRASS AND LEAVES)
3. TURNING IT BELOW 70 WILL ..NOT..MAKE IT COOLER, JUST RUNS LONGER AND HARD ON UNIT . LITTLE MAINTENANCE NOW WILL HELP GET THROUGH IT..
4. CLOSE BLINDS KEEP SUN OUT

There is an excessive heat wave going on ..air conditioners are struggling..please make sure filters are changed..please make sure ..grass/leaves/weeds are clear/cleaned away from outside condenser..keep temp up some its not going to do 70 with heat index
