As of yesterday celebrating 25 years in the real estate business. All under the Larson Agency sign. I have had offers from C-21, Re-Max, Coldwell, Iowa Realty and a couple of other smaller brokers. My roots go pretty deep here. I have never owned The Larson Agency. Some people thought I did. I have worked under four different owners over the years. The Larson Agency has been going since 1914. Definitely felt the pressure in the early going to not kill that run. I have to say working for the Nerem family has been great! There is a real sense of family and support. Just a reminder with the weather warming up and rain in the forecast check your sump pump. It was a dry fall and most pumps have been inactive for a period of time. Pour a bucket of water in the sump and make sure it kicks on. Check your water outlet too.
