Paradise and Magalia still offer some of the more attainable home prices compared with many areas of California, and sometimes the difference you’re worried about comes down to around $100 or $200 a month.

Would you let $100 a month be the reason you keep renting instead of owning a home?

Maybe the numbers won’t work for you right now. That’s okay.

But maybe they DO.

That’s why I always say, don’t assume. Let’s run the numbers based on the home price, your down payment, current rate, taxes, insurance, mortgage insurance if applicable, and the other costs that actually make up your monthly payment.

You might be closer to owning a home than you think. 🏡
