Shout out! One thing you quickly learn as successful realtor is,,,,, Success is based upon the people you surround yourself with. I was reminded of that this week! As you know, Nicki and I have moved firms to Coldwell Banker Advantage. With. Affirm change comes a steep learning curve. I( have also spend a large portion of that time out of state, due to family needs. Just make things more interesting, I tested positive for Covid. A recipe for disaster! This week , Nicki and I were happy to help guide 3 of our clients thru either purchasing or selling homes. All while I have been in isolation. I would like to give a shout out to three specific people that make a hectic week some much smoother! Linda Youngblood with Movement Mortgage. Linda’s knowledge , experience, and support of our mutual client was amazing! Alicia Hurst MY Broker in Change at Coldwell Banker Advantage. Alicia’s patience and support was amazing while Nicki and I struggled thru learning new software and procedures. MOST IMPORTANTLY My business partner and amazing wife Nicki Conroy! Not only did she take the majority of all three closing this week; but also did all of my showings, handled all of my paperwork, and managed to take care of me and keep me isolated for others ( no easy task!)
