Not usually.

Two weeks is often the point where the initial rush is over, and the listing starts getting judged more harshly. That’s when tiny details become big outcomes.

A price that’s only 2–3% high can be the difference between “multiple offers” and “crickets,” because buyers are comparing it to recent closed sales, not the list price you’re hoping for.

Also, marketing matters more than people want to admit. If the photos make rooms feel smaller than they are, or the description oversells something that doesn’t show up in real life, showings slow down quickly.

And sometimes there’s nothing “wrong” at all. It’s just competing with a fresh listing that looks like a better value at first glance.
