Day 1 team sends me a buyer
Day 2 see home and write offer
Day 3 negotiate better deal for my client
Day 4-29 lots of random things came up, more negotiations, repairs completed for my client, conversations with title and all parties.
Day 26 big storm in texas! Confirming home is freeze ready!
Day 30 the closing table!
