A little about how I ended up here…
I actually started out applying to nursing school.
While completing my prerequisites, my brother became diabetic, and I found myself having to give him insulin injections. Let's just say… I quickly discovered that I was a little too squeamish for nursing. 😂
But that experience also made me realize something else: I wanted a career that allowed me to be present for my family while still doing something meaningful.
I wanted a schedule that allowed me to raise my kids. My kids have never gone to daycare, and being there for them has always been incredibly important to me.
Real estate ended up being the perfect combination of the things I was looking for — helping people, building relationships, problem-solving, and having the flexibility to be a mom.
What started as a career change turned into something I genuinely love.
And I'm really glad those insulin shots convinced me nursing wasn't my calling. 😂🏡

Did you know the smell of a home can actually influence how buyers feel about it? 🏡👃
Our brains connect scent with emotion, so it's no surprise buyers often remember a home that smells fresh and inviting.
That said... please don't try to hide problems with a dozen vanilla candles. 😂 If I walk in and it smells like a bakery exploded, I'm immediately wondering what we're covering up.
Instead, before a showing:
🧼Make sure the home is clean.
🗑️ Empty the trash.
🥘Avoid cooking strong-smelling foods right before showings.
👃Use air fresheners sparingly.
✔️ Change your HVAC filter if it's overdue.
The goal isn't to make buyers remember your candle—it's to make them remember your home.
