Before the plumbing even begins, we walk the finished framing with our plumbing team, Quick Water Plumbing, to review every future plumbing and gas location throughout the home.

This pre-plumbing top out walkthrough is a critical step in making sure every detail is accurately placed, planned, and ready for the next phase of construction. It's important for owner-builders to consider and plan ahead for plumbing fixtures, gas lines (such as fireplaces) and more prior to this walkthrough. Ideally, it's best to complete this step when framing is completely done and before HVAC & electrical.
