Sometimes all a home needs is a little reinvention. ✨
These homes are current listings in our area that have been sitting on the market for a while, but with just a few classic exterior changes they could feel completely different.
Using AI, I was able to quickly visualize how small architectural updates — like roofline changes, white trim, updated windows, and classic Hamptons & Southern -style details — can transform a home’s curb appeal.
The crazy part?
Most of these changes aren’t major structural renovations… they’re simply design decisions that reframe how buyers experience the home.
