I wanted to make sure that I get this out to everyone as these are becoming problems yet again!!
If I catch a resident speeding on this property, while I am outside with my family, and I hollered at said resident to slow down, while other residents did too and then the speeding resident proceeds to give me the finger.... Congratulations!! You just earned the prize of a 30 days to vacate. I will not tolerate the speeding. If you have guests on this property and they are caught speeding, well you will get a talking to because your guests are an extension of you. The speed limit is 10mph for a reason. This is also placed nicely in the Rules and Regulations that was given at move in.
Lastly, if you are a dog owner, you need to start picking up after your animal(s)!! This will be the last and final warning. Dog owners signed the Pet Addendum at the time of move in, and you were given a copy. This document explains, where to walk your dog and to pick up after them. It also states this in the Rules and Regulations that was given to you as well. Folks will start being fined and if this still continues, then you will be given a 30 day to vacate. Downstairs residents, if we observe you letting your dog use the courtyard and not picking up after them, you will be fined. You are more than welcome to sit outside with your dog, but the courtyard is not a free for all for them. You must be outside with them if they are going to be leashed and outside with you. There are to be no tie offs attached to our buildings, as this will cause damage to our property.
