Today I’m grateful for strong local partnerships — especially experts like Theo from Tabatt Construction.

Theo shared what he looks for when reviewing inspection reports, and his quote says it all:
“I’m always looking for the biggest things first. My basic test for whether it should be fixed or not is: will this matter to myself or the house?”
