Vacation Rental Co-Hosting Services Over the years, our families have become very close. Anca & Mike

This was certainly the case for Anca and Mike, who first crossed paths in early 2017 when Mike was searching for an investment property on the stunning coast of Southern Maine. Anca was working for a vacation rental agency managing units in that same area. What started as a simple inquiry about rental potential for a condo turned into an incredible friendship. Our daughters, who met when they were 4 and 6 years old respectively, are now 12 and 14 and the best of friends. We now jointly own four vacation rentals across the Northeast United States, including the townhome in the Poconos PA, an ocean view condo in Wildwood Crest NJ, a seaside condo in Wells ME, and the ski condo in the North Conway NH area. As passionate owners in the vacation rental industry, we're grateful for the opportunity to share our properties with others and especially to help others realize their dream of owning a vacation home! We believe that life is all about making memories with loved ones, and we hope you'll have a wonderful experience working with us!

After exploring several cottages and making offers that didn't align with what she was looking for, we found it: a beautiful beachside cottage on Kings Highway in Kennebunkport. A personal sanctuary where she can spend time with family, and a smart investment that pays for itself through vacation rental income during the months she's away.

One is us enjoying lunch outside, and in the other AI apparently decided we needed a full-on KMA marketing campaign, complete with laptops, inspirational messaging and *Great Ideas Happen Outside.* 😂☀️

But kidding aside, this is the part of the business we love most: **the people we get to work with** ❤️
