Atkins Commerical Real Estate has completed the lease up of the property located at 941-951 S Orange Blossom Trail in Apopka. This 6,960 s.f. property was previously a single tenant building. The previous company outgrew the building and relocated. Jackie Kiernan Atkins and Bob Atkins back filled the building with 4 new tenants in a little more than 5 months minimizing the owners vacancy loss.
