What's Cooking at Watson with Lindsey; July Appetizer: Spinach and Artichoke Seafood Dip! Perfect for any occasion! This is my personal favorite! I take this whenever I need an appetizer for a crowd! You can also freeze it in small batches and unfreeze the night before using it if smaller quantities are needed!

Ingredients
10 oz imitation crab meat, coarsely chopped
8 oz small (salad) shrimp
12 oz frozen, chopped spinach thawed and drained
1 package Knorr Vegetable Dip Mix
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix
½ cup mayo
¾ cup sour cream
8 oz block cream cheese, softened
½ cup onion, finely chopped
Large Box/Bag of Chips, Toasted sliced bread, or crackers.

Directions
1) In a large mixing bowl and electric mixer, mix Knorr and Hidden Valley dip mix with mayo, sour cream, cream cheese.
2) Add in Onion and well drained spinach and mix till blended.
3) Add in crab meat and shrimp, hand mixing it into the dip.
4) Refrigerate or serve immediately with toasted bread, chips, or crackers!
