Please see an update on the Habitat for Humanity Project at Wharton-Smith Legacy Square community in Sanford.

The 2-phase project transitioned from infrastructure completion to vertical homebuilding.

Soon, this 19-home community will provide safe, stable, and affordable housing for hardworking, qualifying families right here in the heart of Central Florida.

You've probably heard the Federal Reserve (the Fed) is raising rates again. And if you're planning to buy or sell a house, you may be wondering what that means for you.

Tomorrow is National Walk to a Park Day!🚶☀️🌳

Sometimes the best way to enjoy where you live is simply to slow down, step outside, and take a walk. A nearby park or one of our Florida State Parks can become a favorite place for morning strolls, family time, fresh air, or a little quiet in the middle of a busy day.

One of the things we love about Central Florida is the abundance of beautiful parks, trails, and green spaces right in our own communities.🏡🌿

A home isn’t just about the four walls; it’s about the life you get to live around it.

Happy National Walk to A Park Day from Your Team Kelly!💙

HAPPY CLOSING!!!! 🏡🍾

The time has finally come!! We could not be more excited for this sweet mom and her daughter. This new chapter means so much - a fresh start, a safe place to call their own, and a community where they can grow, make memories, and feel at home.

A place close to school, church, hobbies, friends, and all the little things that make life special. ❤️

We are so grateful and honored to have been part of their journey!

Now it’s time to start some home projects and make this house truly their own, with the help of the most amazing grandparents. We can’t wait to see how this family turns this house into their special place!

Congratulations again!!🎉

Some homes hold more than four walls - they hold 42 years of memories, family, and life. ❤️

Helping our clients prepare their longtime home for its next chapter was an 18-month journey, and we were honored to walk alongside them every step of the way.

From renovations and market research to pricing, scheduling, communication, and closing, our goal was always the same: to make the process as smooth, informed, and cared-for as possible.

We’re incredibly grateful for these kind words and for the trust they placed in our team throughout such an important transition.

Thank you for allowing us to serve you! ❤️

“They knew their business and cared for our souls.” ~A very special Team Kelly client

Higher mortgage rates don't just affect buyers. They can change what it takes to sell your house, too.
