Got so many projects going on right now that I haven't shared updates for a while. I may have lost track...not really, just feels that way sometimes. 2 properties getting refinanced to hold in our rental portfolio post rehab ( #20 & #21).

2 vacant properties from the recent package of 23 single family homes we bought, funded and getting ready to start rehab on Monday; Palisade ( #22) and Hiram ( #23) will both yield in increased rent.

3 other rentals getting a refresh and slight increase in cash flow!!

Needless to say...we have a lot going on!
..and we are still buying distressed properties.
