🌴July 2026 brought a significant increase in condo sales activity across Maui County.

• 82 condos sold — up 54.7% from July 2025
• $690,000 median sales price — up 2.2%
• $83 million in total sales volume — up 72%
• 153 days on market

The takeaway: buyers are active.

With more choices available, buyers have an opportunity to be selective — while sellers need to understand how their specific property compares with competing inventory.

Maui real estate can vary dramatically by neighborhood, complex and price range, so island-wide statistics are just the starting point.
