Its been awhile since I shot in Kapalua... The Kapalua Bay Villas is definitely a gem on the far West side of Maui. This Villa was a pleasure to shoot because of the big window views of the ocean!

A Maui Meadows Photoshoot... Shooting with dark colored furniture can be a challenge. There are certain techniques to use when shooting in these conditions to get those stellar photos of how the eye sees it.

Real Estate Photography can be as good as the property you're shooting! It's really important to have a place that is clean, well furnished and lit nicely to get great shots... Oh yea and a photographer who knows how to properly shoot it :)

Homes with low ceilings and tight spaces can be more challenging. This is the second home in my years I shot where my normal setting wouldn't have worked. However I like challenges because it makes you better at your skills :)

Bad weather and time a day makes all the difference in Real Estate Photography... These were shot at 3pm on a very cloudy day.
