Kris Hallidays Simka Malibu is aptly named because I am the creator, the designer, the architect of the home. The builder and the developer, every detail, every material, every aspect is by me. A true artist creates what they imagine which is why I insist on doing every aspect of the construction myself. I don’t hire outside trades because that’s not special, anyone can hire trades that specialize in one thing and call themselves a builder, a project manager, a developer. To be the best in the world you need to be able to do every aspect of the design, architecture, construction, pools, water features, landscaping, furnishings with your own hands and own mind.
Simka Malibu is the largest residential home in Malibu at 30,648 sq-ft past present and future. When completed in early 2024 it will be the most technologically advanced, best built and longest lasting home ever built in the world. Weighing in at around half the weight of the titanic (25,000 Tonnes) with over 10,000 cubic yards of concrete, 174’ multi level - multi function vein matching marble clad infinity pool, cutting edge anti aging health and wellness facility, subterranean night club, garage for 14 vehicles….
When completed there will be over 1.5 million people hours in the creation and completion and Simka Malibu will be completely furnished with one of a kind bespoke furniture designed by Kris.
