Apologies for not keeping up with Facebook. Yes I have been busy but not on social media. Grateful for loyal clients, most of whom also appreciate quiet completion.
Recent transactions include: Malibu Road, Pacific Coast Highway, Lachman Lane, Glencoe Avenue, Van Nuys, Seabridge in Oxnard, Tamyram in Sky Valley, Weymouth in Oceanside, Indian Wells, Monte Nido and of course Malibou Lake. Yes I enjoy driving. The last 2 years has been 70% buyers. 11 leases.
Coming up are 6 at Malibou Lake, 2 in Monte Nido, 1 in Sky Valley, Zuma Beach and more leases.

BUYERS doing their best to remain calm and forward focused.
New land sale closing with professor buyers from out of area - incredible people completing their tough due diligence after our new fire rules.
Malibu Road is complicated.
Malibou Lake is serene and calming and ready for buyer to build anew in our eclectic community.
