luding a Golden Globe and an Emmy, produced a Broadway musical that was nominated for a Tony for “Best Musical” and served on the Board of Governors of the Producers Guild of America. Cercone attended Skidmore Collge on a full music scholarship, served as East Coast Director of Publicity for A&M Records and worked as a songwriter and studio musician, contributing to numerous records, motion pictures and television, before becoming a screenwriter. As such, she has written 15 studio assignments for stars ranging from Michael Douglas to Whoopi Goldberg and recently completed “Django” to star Johnny Depp. With composer Alan Menken, Ms. Cercone adapted her Steve Martin movie, "Leap of Faith" as a Broadway musical, which received the Tony Award nomination for “Best Musical”. With lifetime backgrounds in storytelling, Manheim and Cercone apply those skills to designing unique spaces that reflect character and narrative. They have been married for 32 years and collaborated on 18 residences.
